My stay at Western Inn was delightful. the friendly staff accommodated my kids, allowing them to enjoy their time freely. the pool, with its charming decor, was a big hit with the children.

Window wouldn't close properly; towels shortage.

Courteous, friendly recognized us when stayed a second night on the return trip. Room clean. Bfst was OK

We stayed on the first floor, upstairs occupants arrived very late, were noisy and bang things around, had TV on loud for most of the night. Did not have restful sleep, especially needed for a 12 HR drive the next day. Not sure what can be done by the Inn. Occupants are sometimes not very considerate.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a great bathroom, the bed was good. The breakfast was hot with yogurt and cookies, as for instance, the staff was supper friendly. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was close to Council Bluffs and Omaha and the airport and shopping and Western Inn.

My standard room had cable television, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Air conditioned and functional rooms with a great bathroom for hotel guests. Decent and nice location, in areas in the hallway...

The price and location made us book; the awesome hotel will make us come back! Free cookies and hot dogs upon check, a free breakfast of biscuits and gravy, big flat screen tv in the room, double sinks (made it really nice with 3 girls all trying to get ready at the same time to go out on the town), etc. I will definitely stay here again, and recommended it to everyone I saw at the Christmas party that night!

If you're a light sleeper, you might have trouble with the train track that runs next to the hotel.

We enjoyed a nice hot breakfast with delicious cookies and muffins. the location was convenient, being close to Mall of the Bluffs. - There is also a restaurant nearby for breakfast at 10 am as well as the Creighton dental clinic.

The lady at the front desk was rude! They never got my reservation and the 150 hold on the card is dumb!!

It's on the side of town that has been forsaken because of the new casinos on the other side of town but it is a good value as far as the rooms and the staff. Right next to railroad tracks but not too many trains use it.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and supper/evening snack. Even fresh-baked cookies!!

I had the false notion that it'd be charming. On the contrary, it's merely ordinary and an inflated price.

Much better than low budget big chain motel for the area. Close to the Freeway.

You get way below quality compared to western states and cities for 3 stars. Well off the beaten path. Too close to freeway noise.
